With nearly 20 years of experience, Ola has worked across global brands and creative partners including Droga5, BBH, nice&frank, and Goodby Silverstein & Partners. 

Her work spans Super Bowl campaigns, brand transformations, design systems, experiences, and events for brands like The New York Times, HBO, Amazon Music, Lululemon, Huggies, PayPal, Häagen-Dazs, and Comcast.

She is known for her ability to navigate ambiguity, align stakeholders, and create the conditions for strong ideas to succeed—whether building operating models, leading cross-functional teams, or guiding work from concept through delivery.

Now based in Paris, Ola works independently with brands and founders as a strategic partner across launches, partnerships, and experiences.
